Dry Skin Routine: Restore & Hydrate

Dry skin lacks hydration and often feels tight or flaky. The goal is to strengthen the moisture barrier.

Morning:

  • Use a creamy, non-foaming cleanser
  • Apply an alcohol-free hydrating toner
  • Follow with a serum rich in antioxidants (Vitamin E, C, A)
  • Finish with a moisturiser + SPF to protect from moisture loss

Night:

  • Add an eye cream and richer moisturiser
  • Layer a nourishing facial oil to seal in hydration
  • Gently exfoliate once a week to remove dullness (skip harsh scrubs)
