Terms & Conditions
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12:00 PM HKT.
- Delivery fees apply if your purchase total falls below HK$300 after discounts.
- Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather).
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only (excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays).
International Orders
We offer international shipping via Standard Post, SF Express, or FedEx, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied by their country’s authorities.
