No. All brands distributed by Skincure Asia are 100% cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical sourcing and only work with partners who share our values.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, absolutely. We are an authorized distributor, and all our products come directly from the brands or their official suppliers. No grey market goods—ever.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We work with beauty retailers and spas across Hong Kong and neighbouring regions. If you're interested in wholesale pricing, please contact us at order@skincureasia.com or fill in our contact form.
How do I know which products are right for my skin?
We’re here to help. You can browse by skin type or concern, or take our contact us directly on facebook / instagram for personalized recommendations and product advice.
Where do you ship to?
We try to deliver to all corners of the world. If there are any online shipping restrictions for your delivery address, this will be indicated at the time of checkout.
In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@skincureasia.com or DM us on Instagram so we can help arrange an alternative delivery option.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Hong Kong orders: Next-day delivery via SF Express (except for orders placed on Sundays)
International Orders: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most local orders arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of skincare, we only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 3 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team and we’ll make it right.
Can I get samples?
We occasionally offer free samples with orders or through special promotions. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!
Wholesale orders: We're happy to provide samples on request. Just let us know while placing your order.
I have sensitive skin—are your products safe for me?
Absolutely. Our founder Sharina created SkinCure Asia after struggling with sensitive skin herself. We focus on brands that are dermatologist-tested, non-irritating, and free from harsh ingredients. (They're also personally tested by our team before being added to our catalogue)
