Normal Skin Routine: Maintain and Glow

Normal skin feels balanced—not too dry or too oily—with minimal sensitivity or breakouts. The goal is to maintain that balance and support skin health with gentle, consistent care.

Morning:

• Cleanse with a gentle foaming or cream cleanser to refresh skin
• Use a hydrating toner to prep for active ingredients
• Apply a lightweight serum with antioxidants to protect against environmental stress
• Lock in hydration with a moisturiser containing SPF

Night:

• Double cleanse if wearing makeup or sunscreen during the day
• Follow with a replenishing serum (think hyaluronic acid or peptides)
• Apply a nourishing night cream to help skin repair overnight)

Weekly:

• Exfoliate once or twice to remove dullness and support cell turnover
• Use a brightening or hydrating mask to boost radiance
