Dry Skin Routine: Restore & Hydrate
Dry skin lacks hydration and often feels tight or flaky. The goal is to strengthen the moisture barrier.
Morning:
- Use a creamy, non-foaming cleanser
- Apply an alcohol-free hydrating toner
- Follow with a serum rich in antioxidants (Vitamin E, C, A)
- Finish with a moisturiser + SPF to protect from moisture loss
Night:
- Add an eye cream and richer moisturiser
- Layer a nourishing facial oil to seal in hydration
- Gently exfoliate once a week to remove dullness (skip harsh scrubs)
